REQUIREMENTS TO FILM IN ECUADOR |

| 1. |
Send a formal request to the Ministerio de Relaciones stating the purpose of your project, date and place.
|

| 2. |
Send a copy of the script in Spanish to be registered and filed at the Secretary of the Presidency of Ecuador.
|
|
|
|
| 3. |
Send one copy of the final production, using Betacam format SP (NTSC), and two copies in VHS, (NTSC).
|
|
|
|
| 4. |
Send a list of the personnel who will come to Ecuador including: FULL NAMES, NATIONALITY, PASSPORT NUMBERS and photocopies of each passport.
|
|
|
|
| 5. |
Name of the airline, date and time of arrival.
|
|
|
|
| 6. |
List of the equipment that will be used for the film: serial number, characteristics, weight, model and trademark. The temporary entry of the equipment should be organized through the Ministerio de Finanzas y Aduanas by the organizers.
