Certificates of economic solvency.

- Certification of deposits of the equivalent of 10 times the minimum Ecuadorian monthly salary. The deposits must be in an Ecuadorian bank or a foreign bank with a branch in Ecuador; or,
|

- Certification from a well established and recognized Ecuadorian or foreign institution guaranteeing the necessary funds for the subsistence of the individual (and family if required); or.
|
|
- Guarantee of subsistence in Ecuador, provided by the applicant Ecuadorian or permanent Ecuadorian resident family in Ecuador. The family providing the guarantee must be at least second degree of consanguinity and first degree of affinity to the applicant. An Ecuadorian Notary must notarize the guarantee.

VALIDITY OF THE VISA:
* One year. Please note that the scholar term in the Mountain and Jungle regions finish every 31st. of October and in the provinces of the Coast and Galapagos finish every 31st. of May.
