VALIDITY OF THE VISA |

For those that have a power of attorney for the period determined by the power of attorney

For those subject to 3.2 or 3.3, for reasons of security and control, it has been the practice of the Chancery to grant a visa of between two and three years if the appointment or power of attorney is for longer than this period
