*Document of the institution that administers or provides the income. This document should be certified by the pertinent authority in the country of origin and authenticated by the Consul of Ecuador in that county; or, |

*A certificate granted by the Consul of Ecuador in that country that certifies that the person interested in obtaining the visa receives a permanent income. Documents that demonstrate this income must be provided. |
